Alston’s program management objective is to assist our customers in delivering desired performance within established cost and schedule constraints. Our program management capabilities cover a wide range of functional areas, including budget and costs analysis, acquisition management, program control, earned value management (EVM), systems engineering, logistics support and training. Our program management support services are built on our understanding of the acquisition regulations and policies, as well as an in-depth knowledge of product life cycles. Many of our program analysts and engineers are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) who use their experience tools to assist our customers in managing their programs and control costs, maintain schedules, and manage risk.

We provide assistance to organizations to develop and implement strategic plans that are responsive to economic, political, and competitive conditions; ensuring alignment among the organization’s vision, mission, objectives, structure, resources, and implementation plans. We working closely with our clients to identify, document, assess, and improve business processes through the use of a structured yet tailorable methodology that focuses on achieving results.

We work side-by-side with clients to successfully implement organizational changes by developing and executing comprehensive plans that address critical areas including communications, roles and responsibilities, training, and organizational structure among others.
